We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Please email us at wonjun298@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address after review.

Return shipping

If the return is approved due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
